For the many decades that they have existed, Harman Kardon has been known to deliver exquisite sound experiences. Yet in all those years they had never brought their brand to live in a 360 brand activation. This is why our in-house partner Nachtlab Agency ideated Harman Kardon Suites, as a global experiential platform for the audio brand. We launched the campaign with a takeover of luxury hotel Das Stue in Berlin.
We collaborated with a wide range of talent to bring our vision to life, a.o. composer Salvador Breed, director Martin Butler, House of Vineyard, Chef Paco Péréz, and singer and actrice Andra Day.
Harman Kardon Suites, Symphony for the Senses explored the phenomenon of synaesthesia from a multi-sensorial design practice, showcasing the essence of Harman Kardon through the five human senses. Each experience induced a unique, personal and emotional journey throughout the evening and across all suites of the hotel. Since a substantial part of Harman Kardon’s business comes from car audio, we surprised the guests with an on-site interactive audio installation in a luxury car and with a bespoke audio tour through Berlin for the airport shuttles.
