Marlene Sybrandy – ABN AMRO
ABN AMRO is one of the leading banks in The Netherlands, with more than 300 years of history. ABN AMRO will redevelop the second main office in Amsterdam Zuidoost into a state-of-the-art sustainable workplace; a place to share ideas, meet colleagues and brainstorm new services.
Alongside, ABN AMRO will sell-and lease back part of the Amsterdam Zuid headquarter office.
Ms. Marlene Sybrandy is Head of Category Teams FM and Lead Workspace in ABN AMRO’s Future of Work core-team. She has had several management functions at Unilever, Landal Green Parks and ABN AMRO. Ms. Sybrandy earned her MSc in Civil Engineering at the Technical University of Delft.
Stephen Bertrand – Bain & Company

Mr. Stephen Bertrand is a partner in Bain’s technology practice, based in Amsterdam. He was Amsterdam managing partner and his research on the telecommunications and technology sectors has been profiled in the Financial Times, Banking Business Review and local trade and business publications across Europe and Asia. He is also the co-author of several reports on mobile and cloud technologies, including, “Mobile payments: Finally ready to take off?,” “Selling the cloud,” and “The five faces of the cloud.” He earned his MBA from the University of Western Ontario, graduating as the gold medalist. He also holds an MSc and BSc (Hon.) in molecular biology from the University of Ottawa, graduating magna cum laude.
Francesco Messori – D/DOCK
D/DOCK is a global design studio with TEFKAO’s (the environments formerly known as office) in Amsterdam and Chengdu. As co-founder and Creative Director, Francesco is a pioneer when it comes to environmental design. He has worked with many well-known designers such as Andrea Branzi, Marcel Wanders and architect and founder of the Cradle to Cradle principle William McDonough, while being an architect and former teacher at the Domus Academy in Milan. Always intrigued by people’s motives, he leads the studio with great passion and curiosity to the unknown.
