The Charity Lotteries, comprising 600 dedicated employees, had long operated from multiple locations, prompting the initiative to unite them under one roof. The employees’ desire to integrate greenery into the new office space was not only acknowledged but became a guiding principle for the design.

Led by Benthem Crouwel Architects, D/DOCK and Yolanda Loudon, from the Charity Lotteries, developed the interiors to create a sustainable office building characterised by transparency and accessibility. The space includes a public restaurant, an auditorium, and a TV studio.

The Charity’s commitment to sustainability was recognised when the building achieved the prestigious BREEAM rating of Outstanding.
