We were commissioned to redesign the architectural and interior concept of this 5-star Adriatic resort. The property includes a main building and five pavilions with restaurants, bars, wellness areas, seafront terraces, and 133 rooms. Perched on a sea cliff, landscaping played a key role in the design.
Our proposals enhanced room quality, improved circulation, and focused on the user experience with an inside-out approach. Public areas were made more lively, visual connections increased, and semi-outdoor spaces with indoor greenery blended interior and exterior. Lowering the seaside building strengthened the link between the resort’s heritage and the landscape, resulting in a sophisticated style that fuses contemporary, Art Deco, and Mediterranean influences.
