We’ve reimagined the plinth of Joan, a prominent multi-tenant office building located between the A2 and A10 highways in Amsterdam.
Crafted to attract the next generation of creative companies, the newly developed concept introduces blended functionalities, transforming the common areas into a dynamic environment that blurs the boundaries between work, community, and culture.
From co-working and curated event areas to flexible meeting spaces and relaxation zones, the ground and first floors offer more than just a workplace – they create a destination.
As part of JOAN’s repositioning, we designed the marketing suite and we also helped shape a renewed identity, one that speaks the language of its community: fluid, vibrant, and ready for what’s next.
