The Oval Tower in Amsterdam-Zuidoost rises 94 metres over 24 floors, spanning 25,000 square metres. Its recent renovation redefines it as a collaborative Vertical Campus, offering shared facilities including a multifunctional bar, reception, varied workspaces, lounges, and two restaurants.

Local NGOs use the common areas to foster neighbourhood connections, while a green-walled atrium links nature with the interior. The oval motif appears throughout, with a striking staircase connecting the ground and first floors. Sustainability was central, with bamboo used for all fixed furniture. Relocating the restaurant to the lower floors has activated the plinth, encouraging interaction between tenants and visitors.
