Performation provides specialised software and business intelligence solutions for healthcare organisations, particularly hospitals and clinics.
Set within the former Triodos Bank building, the design introduces a ‘biophilic flow,’ where floor and ceiling elements guide movement in a natural, intuitive rhythm. On the ground floor, a former corporate restaurant becomes the Performation Community Living Room, a vibrant space for lunch, meetings, and spontaneous exchange, while the first floor transitions into layered zones designed for concentration and collaboration.
This project brings Performation’s team together under one roof, with nature as a foundation and performance as a purpose. The reuse of the existing structure, smart spatial planning, and future-focused materials all contribute to a more circular and environmentally responsible workplace.
