The Crystal Lounge by Aspire is uniquely located within a 520-metre-long prismatic glass and steel superstructure, suspended above the main passenger area of Geneva Airport in Switzerland, designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners.
Commissioned by Swissport, we created a seating layout for 75 guests, guided by principles of environmental psychology. The lounge offers a variety of seating options to suit different needs, including dedicated areas for varying levels of privacy.
Our aim was to design a space that harmonises with the terminal and its surroundings, delivering both comfort and a strong sense of place. Stone and wood textures, paired with a serene colour palette, evoke a mountain setting, while expansive windows frame spectacular views of the Swiss Alps.
