The exclusive Aspire Executive Lounge at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport has been fully renovated in collaboration with Swissport, transforming 625 square metres into a tranquil retreat for travellers.
Guests enter through a dark ceramic wall inspired by basalt stone dikes, arriving at an inviting coffee and pastry corner that flows into the buffet and bar. A semi-permeable wooden gallery filters light and frames views, guiding guests to hydration points, working booths, and intimate seating areas.
Inspired by Dutch botanical gardens, the Botanical Room combines artwork, soft lighting, and curated objects. At the heart of the lounge, the Winter Garden features a cloud-like chandelier of suspended glass spheres surrounded by lush greenery.
Sustainability is central to the design, with repurposed materials and furnishings from the previous lounge reimagined to create a fresh, enriching experience.
