Based on our Healing Offices methodology, we delivered a completely new environment for digital services organisation Macaw. In their view, employees come first, and they have been awarded ‘Best employer of the Netherlands’ four times. They are convinced that the workplace has a major influence on the wellbeing of our employees. Finding and keeping personnel is a major challenge in the current IT market. An attractive and supportive workplace help them to remain an attractive employer.
That’s why we created a work environment that fully supports the health and happiness of employees and enables each colleague to perform optimally. This way they want to make their own employees their largest recruitment channel. Our psychologist collaborated with the team and the client on extended research before and after our design transformation of this workplace environment. We found significant positive results which are very valuable data for future projects.
