At a large, formerly industrial site in Brussels lies this former train station with a spacious central hall. It was built in the beginning of the 20th century for multi transport access; from boats and roads to trains. The property developer wanted to create a ‘city quarter’ under one roof, with a balanced combination of workspaces, hospitality and entertainment.
Our design team enjoyed creating the coworking space for one of these volumes available to the members of Spaces. Under the existing roof structure, office boxes were created to utilize the space whilst respecting its best form. The business club is bright, due to the use of light colours and materials, which invites you to work all day long in a comfortable space.
